Dean’s Plumbing

Just wanted to write a quick update to my last review since it’s been a couple of years since we used Dean’s Plumbing. These guys do a fantastic job and really have customer service down to a science. Long story made short, kitchen sink backed up (of course on a friday evening), couldn’t get it unclogged myself so I called Dean’s. Decided to suffer through the weekend to avoid the after hours fees and used the deep sink for washing dishes (kids loved not having a dish washer, lol!), made an appointment for early in the week. Dean’s had to re-​schedule due to running over on another appointment and then I had to adjust the schedule due to a conflict on my end. In the end they came out and took care of the problem, were friendly, clean, and prompt when they arrived as always. A couple of days later they sent a nice card apologizing for having to reschedule with a couple of chick fil a gift cards for the inconvenience. Not that I was looking for free stuff but little things like this go a long way, they took it upon themselves to send it out, really cool on them for doing that. They’re going to stay on my list for go to services in the area for sure, wouldn’t use anyone else. What more could you ask for?

Kevin from Dean’s Plumbing was great! Working with the public all the time I understand how difficult that can be. We pointed Kevin in the wrong direction and took up more of his time than we should have however he pushed through figured everything out and maintained a friendly and professional attitude the whole time! The bill was very reasonable as well!

I had Dean’s Plumbing install a water softener at my house, and was very pleased with the work! During the estimate the plumber educated me on softeners, whether or not to use one installed by them (in this case it made sense to buy my own), and what to buy. They were able to set up an installation appointment two days after I purchased the softener, and arrived on time and were very courteous. They accomplished the work quickly and under the estimated cost! I will definitely call them again, and would recommend them for anyone else.

Excellent plumbers, and people of integrity. They have done several jobs for me at different locations and are prompt, courteous, skilled, and reasonable with pricing

I called on a Saturday to schedule a water heater replacement, and they did the job on Monday. The crew was knowledgeable and courteous, and left the worksite clean.
