Donatos Xenia

I was going to have lunch here today however it’s evident the staffing is too short to manage the orders AND what made me leave without ordering is Margie — grumpy and rude and not an ounce of joy in her face while serving the public.
I love Donotos but I will not visit this location again anytime soon. Perhaps undercover boss needs to pay a visit to this location and get it under control.

I love Donatos Pizza… But why am I leaving a one star review for a pizza place I love? Well where do I begin.. I have ordered at least 10 times from this Donatos location and 7 times they have somehow managed to mess up the orders. I figured that maybe they have gotten their act together by now but I think I was hoping for too much.
I work in Oakwood and Centerville and have ordered from both of those Donatos multiple times and never have any issues. For some reason this Donatos just can’t seem to get it right.
So what have they messed up on? Twice they took over 2 hours to deliver. Once they couldn’t deliver because they didn’t have a driver– but didn’t tell me… I had to call to see where my order was just to be told that I would have to come pick it up. On three separate occasions they have totally jacked up the toppings on my order. Twice I have written corporate with no response. Today I ordered the same thing I always order — double family sausage and jalapeños… I got half family sausage and jalapeños. I also had an all veggie pizza — with green peppers — of course they missed that too. Overall, I recommend Donatos pizza… Just stay away from the Xenia one.
