This is the world’s best Mc Donalds.. No matter how long the line is(double lane 24 hour drive through), you’re always through the line in 5 minutes and you’re order’s always right and hot! Love this McDonalds! Seriously don’t understand the other reviews. I’ve lived here 10 years and lived in Florida Georgia Beavercreek Colombus, North Carolina and Oklahoma as well as visited a multitude of places(any state east of the Mississippi and some west). Of course I always use the drive thru so maybe that’s the difference? I go at varying hours. Maybe they got this one confused with the one near the high school?

There are reasons people drive across town to visit the McDonald’s there, all while passing this McDonald’s. While placing a «very simple» & «small order» there was constant bickering by staff regarding the lack of personnel working, all while the 10 – 15 associates were tripping over each other to do their jobs(i.e. way too many people working). Four off the clock associates took it upon themselves to walk behind the counter and bicker about various things with the current«on-the-clock staff», which took all attention from customers waiting to place or receive their order(s). 20 minutes had gone by while orders were received by customers that had orders taken after my order had been placed, I was looked at in a strange manor by the young lady behind the counter as she asked me «are you still waiting on your order?» I informed her«yes ma’am, I am still awaiting my order». She apologized and informed me that it had been erased off the screen but would be made again. 20 minutes later, all the while of not being noticed after the first time. Another customer informed the same young lady that she thought I needed to be next since I had been there a while. The young lady asked me if there was something I needed, then almost immediately realized my order still had not been given to me. I informed her that before all I wished was my food order I had paid for, however now I would like a manager. She promptly tracked down a manager, the same manager that had passed by many customers backed up half-way through the store to place an order and yet never spoke a word of «I’m sorry for your wait» or to assist the struggling young lady trying to take orders all by herself. I informed the manager to take care of the rest of the order in her hand for another customer and I would talk to her after. She finished the order and asked me what she could help me with. I informed her I absolutely do not like to complain and never ask for compensation, however after waiting for approx. 45 minutes for«two-dbl cheese plain & large fry» I felt it was very important to let her know my displeasure and that I was not impressed with the service. The manager asked me what exactly did I order and she would have the order made, then said if she could get me anything else. I said just my food and she said she had(and I quote) «these free-bee things» and handed two to me. Less than a minute later, the order was on the counter. I would like to add, the only person that said any form of an apology was the young lady. As it seemed by the demeanor of body-language by the manager that I was inconveniencing her. I will also add that even with«two» free meal tickets, I may never use them. Due to I am not sure I will ever step foot in that establishment again. *The customer is NOT always right. However when there is a valid issue then please take care of your customer, as it may be your last.

Horribly poor service, long wait for poor food. Employees seem more interested in discussing what they have read on facebook than waiting on customers.
