I purchased laminate countertops from them about 2 years ago. I originally gave them 5 stars, but recently we saw that our countertop was sinking in the middle. The installers didn’t add supports before installing the counters. When we called them about this issue they did come out and look at it and did eventually add supports. It took a while to get them to fix it and I had to call them instead of them calling me back. They weren’t very apologetic, but did come back to fix what wasn’t done correctly.
