They were referred to me by Atlantic luggage as an authorized repair shop. I sent my bag to Xenia to have the wheels replaced on my aging but still perfectly fine luggage. They did an outstanding job and provided excellent customer service! If I lived closer I would use them for all my shoe and leather repair needs. Keep up the great work and thanks again!

These guys are the best! I lost alot of weight and had about 8 belts that needed to be shortened. I called ahead and they were super helpful and friendly on the phone. When I showed up later that day they looked them over, offered a better way to do the job, quoted me a reasonable price, and said they’d be ready in a week.
A week later I arrived and as promised, they were ready. I found another belt that was too long. They offered to take care of it on the spot. I can’t say enough good things about this little shop. I’ll definitely use them again!
12÷11÷14: Since I first wrote this review a couple of years ago, I have taken several additional items to Xenia Shoe & Leather. They never fail to impress me. Jackets, shoes, purses — they’ve done an outstanding job on every item I’ve brought in. You can’t go wrong with these guys.

I have dealt with Xenia Shoe and Leather since they opened in the 80’s. Tim and his staff are always ready to help you and their products and service are the best around. No job is too small or too large. They do it all.

Xenia Shoe and Leather embodies all that is great about a small locally owned business, outstanding service, friendly staff, and a great selection. I’ve bought 4 pair of shoes here (3 pair of Vibram fivefingers and 1 pair of Vivobarefoot Dharmas). They have a fantastic selection of minimalist shoes, are very knowledgeable, and are always happy to answer questions. I’ve never had any shoe or leather repairs done here but based upon the work that I’ve seen, I would not hesitate to bring items to them for repairs. If you’re in need of a pair of shoes or leather repair, Xenia Shoe and Leather Repair is the only place in the area you should consider!

They do amazing work at repairing your shoes at a very reasonable price. Beats going out to buy a new pair of shoes when you’re tight on cash. I tend to take 6 – 7 pairs of shoes at a time and they always have them ready less than a two week period. They replaced the heels and buffed out most of the scuffs where they looked close to being new shoes. I will soon be taking in my summer shoes so that I will be ready to wear them once we have sunshine again!

Fantastic cobbler. Reasonable prices for cobbler services (new heels, clean-​up of the leather, small repairs, etc). These folks can do it all — I took riding boots, patent high heels, beat-​up leather toes, and every single pair came out looking amazing! Thank you!
