Creekside Realty

We stumbled upon Creekside Realty by luck, my wife was looking at houses several years ago when they had the $ 8,000 tax credit. She picked up a business card at a house she was shown by another realtor that she didn’t particularly like. It was the card of Michael Goulart and she called him to show us more houses and after a few weeks we decided that there wasn’t anything available in our price range that we wanted so we decided to just continue renting.
So we decided to start looking again Sept. 2013 and we called Michael and he showed us 6 – 7 homes in the same area. We found 2 we liked and Michael was very helpful and went out of his way to assist us. He even recommended a better lender after our first choice was shown to be incompetent and a home inspector who caught an issue that might have cost us some time and money. Michael was very helpful and honest, we will definitely call him again.
