I met Brad at the J Bell Winery on Saturday, May 30^th. Brad was super friendly and the BBQ stand was rather unassuming off to the corner of the tasting room entrance. The food, it stood up for itself and made a bold statement about quality and big taste.
The food though, oh my was it good. The wife and I are vegetarians, but I was craving the traditional side dishes that come with BBQ. Those did not disappoint, at all.
The cole slaw was super awesome. The ingredients were crisp and fresh tasting. The sauce was just the right tanginess and sweet, but not over saturated with vinegar. It had a little kick to it, which Brad revealed to me was horseradish. I wanted more when I finished my serving.
The baked beans were very well done too. Tangy and sweet, but the beans weren’t mushy or hard.
Great experience all around. I’ll be looking for these guys the next time I am in the area.

Pretty good value for great food. We liked it a lot. My husband ordered four half chicken meals and one rib meal to feed our large family, and we had leftovers. Plus, the food was really good.
