Over priced chewy seafood. Yuk! The waitstaff could care less. Yakima is the worst for Red Lobster!

Good biscuts, GOODBEER! admirals fiest was at 20 bucks substandard, more like a Dennys 8.00 plate but without the visual appeal. Tasted foul, and bad not what I rember foms times b4. Terrible taste presentation and I wont go again

If I had 40 more minutes to wait for food, I would have maybe been nicer with my review. My family and I drove from Oregon City to visit with our family here. We decided to have dinner, table of 9, which shouldn’t be hard for a corporate based restaurant like Red Lobster to handle. What played out once we arrived, was very disappointing and my family is owed an apology. After 40 minutes of waiting and seeing others be sat, we asked to speak to a Manager who haphazardly apologized and in a condescending tone assured us she was doing everything she could so… verbatum«I’m doing everything I can so… yah». Absolutely not the way to overcome your customers objection. Shannon needs a brief lesson in customer service if you as establishment will allow her to manage your restaurant and handle your customers.

Great food and amazing service. Ask for Brandon in the bar, he’s been our server three times now and is exceptional.

Friendly service, 1 star for the food. I saved the review until I gave them 3rd chance after new management took over, this is like fast food seafood at a 5 star restaurant price… never coming back! Crab was super salty and dry. Salad was watery and dirt in bottom of bowl, and drinks suck! I doubt they even put alcohol… this is a combo review of 3 visits in a 3 month period from March to May 2015

This is the first Red Lobster I’ve ever eaten in since I’ve heard nothing but bad reviews about the chain’s food. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality. We had the lobster pizza appetizer which was very tasty, and the cheddar bay biscuits, which were both fluffy and flavorful. Since I’ve only had fresh lobster once in my life, I went for the live Maine lobster roasted and stuffed with seafood. The stuffing was OK but I loved the lobster. The meat had that sweet flavor you can’t get from frozen lobster tails you buy in the supermarket. I had steamed broccoli spears on the side which were nicely cooked. I had first ordered mashed potatoes as my second side, changed my mind to baked potato, but the server missed it and I received the mashed, which were OK. My wife had the Wood-Grilled Southwest Chicken Sandwich which she said she would have liked better if there hadn’t been a spicy hot component to the BBQ sauce. She’s not a big fan of spicy hot. My daughter had the Shrimp Linguini Alfredo which she liked very much. Our server was very sweet but a little too chatty and a little to aggressive on checking how we were doing but then there weren’t many diners in the restaurant at the time. We will probably go back there for other menu items but not sure when since all there is for the wife(who doesn’t like seafood) to eat is that chicken sandwich and a cheeseburger. But my opinion of Red Lobster has greatly improved.

Revised 9÷9÷13: So I had to edit my last review from 1 star to 4 stars! They must have changed managers or changed out their staff because they were amazing! Very attentive and friendly service and food was pretty decent! Posted 3÷23÷12: Mediocre food with poor customer service. Will not be returning!

I know it is not Red Lobster in Yakima’s fault it sucks… it is because nearly all the food(including the farm-raised salmon that was shipped from the east coast frozen to a region that serves some of the best salmon in the whole entire world) is prepared in huge quantities and frozen(or at least tastes that way), this a REDLOBSTEREPIDEMIC that is sweeping our nation. my suggestion: go to a local place that at least prepares your food fresh, you will spend the same and have a much better experience. We went here for a family birthday dinner and I couldn’t eat my salmon it was bad, it didn’t taste like ANYTHING!
