It was my mother’s first time being alone on her birthday after 52 years. (My dad passed away) I had wanted flowers to be delivered to her. No one called her or left a note saying they had been there to deliver flowers. When I called Shirley’s, I had one of the owners on the phone. I was upset, rightfully… the owner was SO incredibly rude and unsympathetic to my situation. She even suggested that I could cancle my order. (I pre paid the day before, by phone, because I live in Spokane). This wasn’t the first time I’ve bought flowers from here but it will be the LAST time. I will go elsewhere and I hope you all do to.

I spoke with Christina at Shirley’s on the phone last night, trying to order a last minute arrangement for a birthday delivery. They were unable to deliver to the area I needed, but she was so helpful in offering local suggestions that I might be able to try. Today I needed to order another arrangement for a funeral service, and Christina’s customer service had been so wonderful, I was sure to call Shirley’s back. The transaction was easy and pleasant, they were able to stick to a budgeted number, and she offered suggestions based on what I was considering for colors, etc. I would highly recommend Shirley’s Flower Shop.

I live in the Seattle area and I called 5 minutes before the store closed and I was able to order flowers for my uncles funeral and the lady that took my order was very helpful. The flowers arrived the next day for the viewing and my sister sent me a picture. They were beautiful. Thank you Shirley’s Flower shop.
