Great place, Bree and Dana are the best. I’m from out of town, time for a cut but wouldn’t be home for a while. Studio 16 got me in for an appointment the day I called.
Bree was very nice and did an excellent syle, her scalp massage almost put me to sleep, I feel very pampered and relaxed now.
Dana waxed my brows, also an excellent service

Mackensie and Bree are AMAZING. Mackensie effortlessly whipped my hair into a timeless, stunning 20s era updo during my bridal consultation, and then on my wedding day she replicated the same updo but polished it up even more and it was PERFECT. She and Bree traveled from Yakima to Roslyn to our mountain lodge, arrived on time, set up in our upstairs bathroom, and transformed all of the ladies into hair masterpieces. They started out my wedding day in such a special way and I would recommend these talented, awesome chicas to anyone.

I am a witness to just that. I was in tears to see the color and style I have been explaining for years. High end salon, one after the other could not hit the mark.
I came in with a very bad color and cut done five days before, Elliot and Andie patiently worked together and the result is beautiful. Every one is super kind, accommodating and they went above and beyond, so refreshing

I was charged $ 200 for Mackenzie to give me a ‘naturally sunkissed look’, that was way too warm and not what I asked for. I wanted all over highlights on my hair, and would have been happy to pay that ridiculous amount if I actually liked the outcome. She used one colour and it was nothing like the photos I had shown her when she promised it would be! The most expensive salon I’ve been too.

This was my first time going to Studio 16 for my hair needs. Ashley was Amazing!!! She took her time and really listen to what I wanted to achieve with my hair color and cut. Sometimes that is hard to find in a stylist.
I loved the overall result of my hair, it’s exactly what I wanted and I didn’t go home disappointment. I definitely would recommend her.

Makenzie is AMAZING! She has saved my hair time and time again! I love that she is up to date with all the new styles and techniques and a huge fan of educating herself. I’ve been going to this salon for over two years now. The Aveda line does wonderful things for my hair. The only reason I gave four stars is that the salon has changed Estheticians several times so I have had to go elsewhere for those services.

I went here when Kelsey worked here, but when I called to book another appointment they said she was no longer there, and did not give an explanation. I’m willing to go back, but I miss having someone there who knew my hair plan and knew exactly how to cut my hair! That being said, the service is wonderful, everyone is friendly and helpful, and for what you get the price is worth it.

I’ve been getting my hair done here for about a year and have enjoyed each experience. The salon is clean and modern looking, and the stylists are all friendly. I usually have my hair done by Mackenzie who takes her time to make sure the cut looks good. The haircut is usually around $ 30 and if I get highlights it’s about another $ 70. They toss in scalp massages or hand massages, too, which is a nice treat.

Salon 16 is a great salon in downtown Yakima. Great customer service and I am so pleased with the results. Happy hair!!!

I have never left without loving the color and cut of my hair! They are the best in town and have excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!
