I took my M&P into their shop for their «gunsmiths» to put new sights on. They dinged them up pretty good and told me that it was normal for M&P sights to go in with difficulty. I learned that it is very easy to put them in, just hafta follow the directions! When I complained, they told me I was the first customer to be unhappy with their work. Who cares if I was the first! They may know about guns but they do not put their customers first and they don’t provide quality service. I have to say that the range is awesome and state of the art. The people working at the range are helpful.
