Best pancakes n town. Can’t get a better breakfast than at Yesterday’s. Service is fast, accurate, and smiles abound. Always take out of town guests to my favorite diner. Specials make everyone happy. Satisfaction guaranteed. Highly recommended for all.

I eat there every time I come to Yankton. Even though they have a beautiful selection of foods to order, I always order the asperagus omelet. It can’t be beat! Their cooks are the only ones who seem to understand when I ask for crispy hash browns I hate soggy or half raw ones. The cook has always gotten it right. I also get good service from the wait staff, and I also look forward to seeing my favorite waitress. I highly recommend you give thus restaurant a try and also enjoy the nostalgic décor

Friendly service and the food came out quickly. Their cinnamon French toast special is awesome and their breakfast sandwich(«The Bopper») is really good too. Cute restaurant and I enjoyed it more than Fryn Pan across the street. This one has more of a fresh taste. I will be back.

Good, solid, but not spectacular food. Service is above average. I’ve eaten here several times. Typical diner food. BLT is good. The waffles and omelets are good. Chicken soup was a bit salty, but fine. Deep but not diverse menu. Tons of options, but more like a diner than a Greek restaurant that tries to do everything. Portions are large. Staff is friendly, polite. Wi-fi is strong. A couple of the times I’ve been there I’ve asked if I could hang out and work for a while, and they said sure. Again, very friendly. Most noteworthy thing is the 50s vibe. Evidently yesterday was in 1958. 1950s stuff is everywhere. I like it. Character. It’s a bit overbearing, certainly memorable.

Everytime Im staying in Yankton for work I go here at least once. I like to go early and by myself. Im a young guy and definitely the youngest person in here everytime I go. I like the old style diner, I grab the morning paper and eat in peace and quiet with a bunch of old people who do the same. Kinda weird but peaceful haha. Staff is nice and food is always great.

Good family restaurant. There are many identical places like this in town. If your expecting to be wowed just remember this is South Dakota. It’s average not bad not great but it’s good especially if you are looking for a good burger. Most the time staff is friendly, have witnessed fighting between staff behind the counter. Needs more professionalism.

Exactly like a Frying Pan or a Perkins, except they have retro 50’s stuff everywhere. As another reviewer said the place is «decent» and I completely agree.

Decent breakfast w/decent wait service. There were seven of us and we ordered different breakfast platters on a cold, snowy morning All around $ 8 which seemed like a decent value. In a word, this place was decent.

This place brings back so many memories for me(and probably for a lot of elderly too). This is your classic 50’s throwback diner that serves American fare. The prices are reasonable and the service good. I used to love coming here as a kid and getting the kid’s meals in one of those cool cardboard cars(I think I still like doing this); P
