This is some of the best tacos every! Pudgy’s is a concession trailer at the corner of HWY 154 & FM 515 across the street from the shamrock gas station. The owner «Sanchez» knows about cooking delicious food. He retired from one of the biggest catering company’s in the US. I guess he couldn’t stay out of the kitchen so he opened Pudgy’s. His love of cooking sure comes through in his food. Really I can’t tell you what I like the best, but very fond of the pork tacos. Besides pork he has chicken fajita, brisket, sausage and ground beef with potato. You will not be disappointed with any of them. Why four stars… It would be five if it were an actual resturant. He has a few picnic tables but most of his food is to-​go. On a nice day it’s alright to sit under the trees and eat, but it sure would be nice to have A/​C and a roof sometimes.
