Petro is one of the most corrupt companies I have ever done business with. Check your bill for charges that should not be there. They are sneaky and manipulative! Also, the manager Patricia is a complete sociopath! She lies and manipulates trying to justify charges that were proven inaccurate. Please get your oil from a different company!

About 1 year ago I had some problems with Petro and thought I would never be dealing with them again. That all changed when I started talking with Patricia Ortiz. She was able to explain and resolve every issue I had. You will never meet a more cordial or helpful person then Patricia. She made me feel like I mattered. Not just another customer. Petro should be very grateful to have her on their staff.
