There are a LOT of choices when it comes to buying glasses. But, at the end of the day, most of those places sell the same glasses. The brand names may be different, but, overall the choices at all of them are the same. Not the case when you go visit Eli at Dreyfus. The selection is incredible and the service and expertise are unparalleled. I am sure you can get glasses cheaper, but, I do not think you can find them done better. I am very happy with my new glasses… highest quality optics delivered with a smile.

Eli has true appreciating for optics and fashion. He is always helpful and treats each customer with meticulous attention. Yes you can buy chaper glasses at a lenscrafters or pearl vission, but you’ll also be taken care of by some 20 something as a part time job who could really care less about you. Possibly the most eclectic collection of frames too. awesome store.

My family and I have been getting glasses from Eli for 25 years and he has the best service and quality of glasses. I recently brought my husband and son in for glasses and they both had great experiences as well and I absolutely love the glasses they have gotten. You can get cheep eyeglasses anywhere, but you cannot get better quality and service than here at Dreyfus Opticians. I have been a client for close to 20 years and every time that I come back I’m glad that I did! The right glasses with the right prescription the first time, every time. And in the rare instance you need an adjustment — no problem! Very few small businesses survive long term but this one deserves to thanks to the professional and friendly service that you get from Elie, Jevon and Julie. They are all wonderful to work with. True pros. Very few opticians really know how to properly fit a pair of eyeglasses the way these guys do. — And I cannot say enough about Dr. Julie MacGuire — She’s the best for an eye exam. I went to a «real ophthalmologist» and got «processed» through the office like a dead fish… and was given the wrong Rx! Dr. Julie took the time to listen to me for how I wear my glasses and what I use them for at work and at home and wrote a custom Rx that works perfectly. She really took the time to help me to see better and I cannot thank her enough! — Just go and get a pair (or two) of great eyeglasses. You’ll see, look and feel like a million bucks! ;-) Thank you!!!
