The playground is a wonderful place for young children. The soft mat surface helps prevent injuries. It has swings with trunk harnesses to support those who cannot sit independently and want to swing. With sheltered picnic tables and restrooms close by, it is a delightful place to go. It is a beautiful tribute to those lost.

Stumbled onto this place as I was jogging one day. At first, I thought this was the site of the 9⁄11PA plane crash, but it’s simply a tribute to the Bucks County victims in particular and all the victims in general. Beautiful place for a moment of reflection and remembrance, as well as a great spot to appreciate the natural beauty of the area. Never forget.

Very nicely designed memorial and park. Beyond the 9⁄11 memorial portion there are sports fields and also an inclusive playground for children of varying abilities. There are indoor restrooms on location as well as multiple portapotties that are all handicapped accessible. The piece of the World Trade Center on site made the most significant impact for me. It’s nice to have this in our area as a reminder of events and a memorial of lives that were lost of Bucks County residents.

Turned out to be kinda a 9⁄11 Memorial Trip this time back east. Due to our visit to the Flight 93 Memorial in Western PA and the 9⁄11 Museum in NYC. The Garden of Reflection Memorial, located in Morrisville commemorates the PA and Bucks residents who lost their lives on 9⁄11. This is a very local, intimate very special place. While the Memorial commemorates a horrible day in our nation’s history, it’s located in a local park. As you walk out of the memorial back to the parking lot, you see soccer fields and picnic areas. Life goes on. We remember those who lost their lives, we revere them, we commemorate them, we learn from them and go forward with life.

17 Souls … Where were you when you learned of Nine Eleven? Some things we can never forget. Nor should we ever want to. The Garden of Reflection is a work of love, loss and remembrance. The families of those who perished in that horrific attack, along with some very talented and dedicated people, came together to create a one of a kind setting for the somber, yet uplifting, task of bringing us together to Reflect on and Remember what happened on that day. We feel a shared emptiness in our hearts from the loss of loved ones many of us knew. We appreciate the powerful yet gentle flow of the park-like design that guides us along its paths ever closer to its center, the twin fountains in a pool made of concrete, stone and reflections of trees and sky. We count the trees planted around the low walls of concrete and glass with so many names… This is a profoundly beautiful and haunting place. It echoes within, and calls out for love, peace, understanding, and never forget determination. 9.11.2013 — The Memorial Ceremony held here today was poignant and sad. Finding and giving comfort was the message of the day from all the spiritual leaders asked to speak, pray, play music, and stand silently. From the size of the crowd it is clear that we will always remember the national and personal losses we suffered that day 12 years ago. Teach your children well.

Very serene memorial/park. Soft rolling green hills, beautiful fountain, and memorials with names of those who perished on 9/11, with special recognition to the ones from Bucks County. Each one of those also got a special bench dedicated to them with a phrase from the ones they left behind.(see photos)
