Just enjoyed a most delicious and bountiful Cobb salad for lunch. Fresh ingredients and well prepared. Only $ 7.50 with bottle of water. Could have easily served two.

Nice place for lunch and breakfast in Yardley. Today I had the Louie – Prosciutto, turkey, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, spinach AND a nice sharp Provelone on Italian stick bread. I repeat: REAL – not soggy-Italian bread, sharp provelone, fresh mozzarella– I ate every bit. It was a great sandwich — and the folks running the café are really nice. Have also enjoyed their breakfasts.

I had went into landolfies last week or so to grab a drink(becuase I didn’t want to turn around and go back to my house when I was heading to the mall) so anyway, I started talking to the older gentleman at the register about their sandwiches and catering, and he was very rude to me. He was giving me ONE word answers. The atmosphere felt cold and like I wasn’t wanted there. His wife started explaining to me the kind of catering they do and what they provide, he interrupted us, ripped the catering menu out of the binder and told me to take it home and then walked away from me. None the less, they had a catering tray of fruit on the counter… with M&Ms in four spots horizontal and vertical from one another… YES, M&Ms! Quality over quantity I always say! I will be sticking to Lenas Deli!

If you’re looking to grab a quick bite to eat, I wouldn’t advise coming here. It took a half hour to get a turkey sandwich and this was not at peak time. However, about 5 or so people did come in while I was waiting and all received their food prior to mine. I would definitely call ahead(like I’m really hoping all those other people did) if you really want something. My boyfriend really liked the signature sandwich he chose and rated it above average, however was not worth the long wait for a «small» sandwich.

I ordered a small hot pork sandwich. They called it «The Philly.» The quantity of meat was abundant. Roll was good. And the price… just 5 bucks. That’s a bargain. I enjoyed the sandwich. I enjoyed the atmosphere. Wait-time for my order was reasonable. Recommended.

Terrible service. Took me about a half an hour to get my sandwich, a Manhattan. There was an older gentleman who came in about 15 minutes after me and got his order the exact same order, a Manhattan about five minutes before I did. Don’t come here unless you’re a regular because apparently they get priority service and your orders put on the back burner and you’re left waiting over a half an hour to get your food.

Steve and Lisa Landolfi opened this café/deli only a few weeks ago in Yardleyville, the shopping niche on Afton Avenue in Yardley, Pa., For those of you who are not familiar with that name, it is where the Pink Daisy is located. The space is nicely decorated in a modern sensibility, yet having red checkered tablecloths even for breakfast. Like that touch. Too, there is a fun black and white of a very young Frank Sinatra in a supposed mug shot pose for the Bergen County(NJ) Sheriffs Department. The criminal charge — Seduction. And seduction is what you get at Landolfi’s. Everything is clean and neat. The coffee brew is very good, and Steve goes back into the kitchen to cook my breakfast, disappearing for several minutes while the smells and sounds of grilling Scrambled Eggs, Sausage and Home Fries emanate, and slowly prepare me for a home cooked morning meal. Lisa delivers the large plate, piled high with Rye Toast and the other staples, placing it down in front of me with confidence. There was no doubt in her mind that I would enjoy my breakfast. Hmmm… She was right. The Eggs were light and fluffy, while the 5 link sausages browned enough to provide a crunchy bite, yet soft enough inside to protect its soft mellow — spiced heart. Best of all were the Home Fries. Thin sliced and olive oil fried to a wonderful taste. Still soft and full of flavor. The Rye Toast handled the butter and played well with the rest of the plate. A little Tabasco on the Eggs and I was in business. Seduction by small bites. There oughtta be a law…
