Probably the best hotel if you must stay in Yazoo City. It’s probably the only hotel that is not on the main highway. It is a typical Hampton Inn with the expected clean rooms, decent breakfast and friendly staff. I was impressed that the night that I stayed there they had a ‘manager’s reception’ with food, beer and wine available. The only negatives… trains run through town fairly regularly, so you will hear an occasional train whistle/horn; there aren’t many really great dining options in Yazoo City… a few… but not many.

There wasn’t a heater in the bathroom. Coffee maker didn’t work. Train kept running about every two hours and if you are not dead sleep then it wakes you up. Breakfast was terrible. We won’t be staying again. Rip off.

Clean, clean, clean! This hotel is only 5 years old but looks and feels brand new. We were greeted by a very sweet girl who gave us dinner recommendations. Room was large, bed was very comfortable, shower was HOT. Continental breakfast was very good and great service there as well. They have a large fitness center, guest laundry, and a business center. Highly recommend this hotel.

I cannot express how wonderful our stay was at this hotel. I spend a month living here and it was by far one of the best stays I have had in a hotel. My stay was certainly the very best experience that I have had with a Hampton Inn. The manager went out of here way to accommodate us, and always made us feel very comfortable. We enjoyed complimentary food and beverages throughout the week and were always greeted with a smile when we came in and out of the hotel lobby. My room was always cleaned thoroughly and my accommodations were most comfortable. The nice woman who served us breakfast each morning was so nice every morning and always went out of her way to say hello and see how I was doing. We felt like part of the family after being there only for a month and that is something very unique about this place. I loved Yazoo, loved the people, loved my hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. A++

Given that I was in the middle of no where in Mississippi, this place wasn’t half bad! Basically, it’s your standard Hampton Inn. The room was decent, but nothing to write home about. It was clean and the TV worked, which is really all you can ask for. They also had a microwave in the room, which is nice should you be in the mood for a late night snack. The staff here is also extremely friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had a good stay. The place even had a small gym and free Wi-Fi. It also offers the standard Hampton Inn free breakfast, which was a plus. Word on the street is that this place is the nicest hotel in town. The only downside is that this place is RIGHT next to the train tracks. If you happen to say here on a night with heavy train traffic(which I did), you’ll hear repeated train horns throughout the night. Do yourself a favor and request to stay on the side of the hotel not facing the tracks. Overall, if I ever have reason to go back to Yazoo City, I would definitely stay here again. But it certainly is no Four Seasons.
