Nice large clean facility with their own private driveway where guest can park in the grass field. Beautiful view of Lake Lawrence, and next door to a non smelly sheep/​goat farm in July! There was a lack of garbage cans to the facility, which was strange… But conveniently lots of ash trays… If you smoked!

So the annual Freaker’s Ball was held here last night.
The ball is open to community members and their guests. Apparently they have held this event for 18 years. The venue feels like one of those old community houses from back in the 1800’s. It felt like a giant barn party. It has some standard facilities, a large kitchen, a nice sound stage, lots of tables, and a decent restrooms.
Freaker’s Ball was definitely a great event.
