Chris was on time for a walk through, well-​prepared with his materials, listened thoughtfully, made good suggestions, then promised a bid in a few days. That came as promised, with different options and an offer to discuss any part of it. When his crew came, he came with them the first time to get rolling and introduce us. They did an outstanding job — hard workers, polite, personable, tidy, and really wanted to be sure they were doing things as we wished, in the order we wished, etc. If we had questions, they answered politely and thoroughly. One visit brought Jorge and Jorge, one who spoke English quite sufficiently, the other not so much. No matter, as long as we could communicate with one of them, and we could — again hardworking, focused, polite, and fast (we were paying this job by the hour). Cristina and Michelle, at the office were equally personable, helpful, and responsive. Recommend this business without reservation!!!
