My 2003 Honda Odyssey’s hood would not open nor shut. I had a basic idea of how to get it open, then closed but no tools since I am a temporarily homeless. The people here were attentive and helpful. The latch mechanism is badly made(Honda fit and finish has sucked for years except on their most expensive models!), just one of many«things» that needed to be done right, not fixed by every consumer who owns one. Only guys have the upper body strength to do some things… and this was one. Not happy with Honda,.but I couldn’t have had better help. And no, he didn’t charge me a dime. .

I get the best help here. Friendly and knowledgeable people at the service desk. I highly recommend this NAPA store.

Very unprofessional and almost no selection in stock! I went to NAPA20 minutes before they closed. I was walking the isles looking for an item(brake light bulbs). They workers ignored me and did not ask me if I needed assistance. 5 minutes later, they turned off the lights and locked the front door, to hint to me that they were closing. A worker finally approached me and instead of asking me what I was looking for, told me that I had to leave and Autozone was down the street and still open. Don’t waste your time, any other auto parts store in town will have better service and selection.
