Our Bosch dishwasher had a recall on the power cord and these guys scheduled for a power cord to be delivered and then scheduled someone to replace it. Patrick O. was the technician and he was great. Very friendly, professional and knew what he was doing. He was out of here in 15 minutes. thank you Appliance Dr for making this so easy.

Excellent experience!
Our Bosch washing machine broke down and Appliance Doctor (an authorized factory service vendor for the brand) was able to book an appointment for that very day. Shaun B, the technician, was enormously helpful – a true professional and gentleman. He determined the problem and the company ordered the necessary part – within a few short days Shaun returned to fix the machine. He also gave me some pointers I hadn’t been aware of to help keep the machine functioning correctly.
Shaun really went above and beyond and for that I give Appliance Doctor an enthusiastic 5 stars. I will certainly recommend Appliance Doctor to all my friends and will not hesitate to call them for future appliance issues should the need arise.
