The absolute worst Dunkin EVER! This is usually my go to spot for my morning coffee. But not anymore. So after drinking my iced coffee I get near the bottom of the cup, and in between the ice what do I find? A DIME… yes, $.10!!! How DISGUSTING!!! I felt like throwing up. Money has so much bacteria on it! How dirty does this place actually have to be for something so careless to happen?! And how dazed out are the foolish employees that they don’t see money in their ice container before filling it up! DUMB! They definitely need to hire new staff at this location. Most of them hardly understand English, the other half gives you your change INSIDE your coffee instead of in your hand.

They have terrible customer service. Their service ranges from rude to apathetic to sleazy. Today someone accidentally ordered a Dunkachino. Rather than throw it out, or ask another customer if they wanted a Dunkachino, the woman at the cash register acted naïve and pretended I ordered a Dunkachino and then it was up to me to correct her and tell her I wanted a coffee. I initially thought she had mistaken me for another customer, but then she proceeded to do the same thing with the customer behind me who also had to correct her. I realized what she was doing when I noted we were the only customers in the store. Makes me wonder how sanitary they are. If she refused to throw out a Dunkachino, I can only imagine what she does if donuts accidentally fall on the floor.

Worst DD ever. Terrible service. Screw up orders constantly and are nasty about fixing them. Awful place. Ice tea looks and tastes like water.

I’m not a huge fan of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee but when I’m in the mood, I actually find this DD coffee better then some of the other stores. The service on the other hand… SUCKS for the most part. A few months ago I stopped in one morning before work. The place was empty. Literally! Not even a counter person to be found. I stood there for several minutes waiting, trying to be patient. Someone finally emerged from the back. At that time, another customer entered the store. The guy behind the counter told me he’d be with me in a minute & disappeared yet again! So now there were 2 customers waiting for service. After waiting about another 2 or 3 minutes, I walked out & went on my way. This was around 6 – 6:30am when most people need to get on their way quickly so they aren’t late for work. I’m not sure these people quite get that concept as we fast forward to about one week ago… I was craving some iced coffee after work so decided to stop in. The store was dead. And the people working there could’ve been mistaken for dead too from their NON-reaction to a customer(me) entering the store. The girl at the counter was hunched down with her arm resting on the counter, cell phone in hand & appeared oblivious that I was standing right in front of her. At the same time, I noticed another girl sitting behind the counter off to the right side with her cell held up in front of her, texting away, & also not seeming to notice me there/not really caring! Finally, after being ignored for about 30 seconds or so(I wasn’t letting it go much longer), um… HI!!! The girl still didn’t want to stop playing on her cell even with a customer standing right in front of her waiting to be served. I could feel the heat rising in me so I knew I BETTER get my iced coffee and fast. Finally… she somehow found it in her to peel her eyes away from the cell phone, put it down & acknowledge me(barely though). What TOTALBULLSHIT! With so many people out of work & struggling, it’s just shocking to me to find people out there that are lucky enough to have a job & don’t take it seriously. DD might not be the cream of the crop of places to work, but it IS still a job. No matter how crappy, one could use the work experience as a stepping stone to betterment! The laid back«I don’t give a fuck» attitude really sucks & should not be tolerated but it looked as though there was no manager on site. It’s even sadder if these 2 girls, who obviously did not give a shit about performing their job duties, were being entrusted to do so. Again, I don’t claim DD is an ideal place to work but at least fake it or get a job more suited to your«I don’t give a fuck» attitude! Like NO job! Note: I have encountered some very nice, helpful people on occasion at this DD. It’s too bad for the bad apples. Unfortunately, they’re the ones who leave a bad taste…

I’m surprised that a chain coffee shop could vary in quality as much as this one does. The coffee here doesn’t taste as good as it does in other Dunkin’ Donuts shops, with this one’s having an almost perfume-like quality to it. Additionally, the people who worked there on the morning of May 16, 2015 could not have been more apathetic. I accidentally left my cell phone in the shop, and when I realized it, I called the shop to ask whether anyone had found it and whether they look for it. They told me no one turned one in, and that they looked around, but couldn’t find it. BS. I ran back to the shop and – fortunately – saw it through the front window on a seat. I’m just grateful that the customers were decent enough not to steal it. If the staff had bothered to look at all, they would have easily found it. Very disappointing.

This is 5-stars as far as the world of chain restaurants. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, I got to try the new DD cronut. While I did not wait in line for six hours and therefore haven’t tried a legit cronut, I really hope the real deal is better than the DD version.

It’s Dunkin Donuts so you should know what your getting. Place is clean, people are friendly and they like the DD App! Liking and using the App is great as you accumulate points and get easy discounts and freebies!

Man I wish Krispy Kreme caught on. I really don’t like Dunkin. It’s good though, I can’t remember the last time I ate a doughnut and if there were Krispy’s instead of Dunkin’s I’d be a dead man by now.
