Come nice and early on Sunday morning, 11 am when they open.
Other than that its crazy. But what do you expect, it’s Forever 21. They have thousands of styles in inventory and Cross County is a very busy shopping mall. Come and browse if you’re patient. If you aren’t, trust me Sunday mornings are pretty good.

I had read the one review on this place but since I did not see more opinons I decided to check it out for myself. I am one of those people if it does not have good reviews, I will turn away from it.
I visited and it was a MESS! First let me let you know, it may say Forever 21. But it sure does not look like it. It was like a quite, dark, oversized closet honestly. The clothes on the rack were not impressive and it was so disorganized. I could not understand why, not many people were there that day. Plus there were no employees on the floor so no available assistance.
If your a plus sized girl… do not expect to find something here. I’m usually intrigued at what I can find at F21 at great prices but this visit was so bland and disappointing. I don’t think I will be returning again until they upgrade and update.
