The staff seems really nice, And there is a lot of stuff to choose from. I was looking to order some pens, Everytime I try to make an order or ask a question on how the pens, or how much it would cost The representative has a hard time answering the question. Instead like to hand me the website and take a look for myself. I’m not saying the customer service is bad but I would have closed the deal long time ago if you could just help me
