Aside from slightly less a selection from Home Depot, this is the place I’d prefer to go with all my hardware needs.
Like previously mentioned, obviously Home Depot with it’s spaciousness, carries a lot more, but this place bests HD in just about every other category. I’ve never actually left here without finding what I was looking for. And unlike HD, the employees here are friendly and are knowledgeable.
The staff has always been pleasant, from when I used to come here as a kid with my father, or now whenever I come in there 20+ years later. It’s almost a throwback to the way things used to be (and should still be) about them being happy to have your business. The store renovated itself quite nicely during the last maybe 10 years.
I’m just grateful this place remains standing when so many have faltered to the bigger chains. A true treasure to the area.

As a contractor who buys paint here, the guys are very helpful open 7 days a week which is great for me, i would recommend.

Great, friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Not as big a selection as Home Despot, but I much prefer to come here.
