So yes Metro PCS is already a cheap and affordable phone company but it doesn’t mean they should hire cheap people.
If you would like to witness the most ghetto girls in any Metro PCS store, please come to this location.
I came to purchase a phone, and some young worker did not want to get up and help me. I was getting frustrated and come to find out she had no shoes on and walked over with unmatching socks to help me.
I came another time to pay my phone bill here, and another girl was the rudest nastiest girl I have ever met. She had running mascara and eyeliner on that dried on her face, depicting that she just cried for a few hours before I walked in. So on top of her having a bad day, she just took it all out on me.
Never in my life will I go back here. And I hope the owner knows that his/​her workers are not dependable.
