Nails On Riverdale

Known the people here for years since they’re in the neighborhood. Never really went in for their service (specifically nails) until recently.
I used to get my eyebrows waxed here, but I stopped waxing them. When I used to get them done here, they were alright. Not that bad, but not the best I’ve had.
Got a pedicure here for $ 19 ($ 16 + $ 3 tip), which angered my friend, but hey. It was a pretty alright pedicure, I’ll be smarter next time and come back when they have they mani/​pedi combo for the same price during the middle of the week.

I got my nails done here twice. They were acrylic tips. The first time I came, I got the acrylic nails put on and gel nail polish. When I left, I noticed that one of the nails were not put on all of the way, the fake nail had not completely adhered to my real nail leaving a gap. I already knew my nails would be ruined from the process of getting the nails on so I wasn’t very concerned and I know that eventually they would grow out and it would remedy itself. The nail polish was great! I went back two weeks later and got a fill and more gel polish. The fill was an ok job but I loved the polish. Needless to say three days later 4 of my nails came off after doing so regular wear and tear. So I won’t be going back here. I loved the polish but they are wayyy too expensive for my nails to be coming off after just regular activities. I really wanted to like this place but this is not a bang for your buck kind of place (or maybe not the materials they use for acrylic nails).
