We ordered food from another Indian place and waited for 2 hours and the food never came. So me and my wife were still in the mood for Indian food so we drive here to eat dinner. When we walked in it was late and they told us they were about to close but would take us. We decided to then just order to go and the waiter was nice enough to give us two cups of soda on the house while we waited. Orders the chicken tikke masala and the grilled chicken and an appetizer I can’t remember the name of. Needless to say the food was excellent and we had enough food for the next day. When you come to the place and use the Unilocal app you get a free dessert tell them you want the round balls dipped in sugar super awesome

ordered delivery and it took nearly 3 hours to arrive. For the price of the food the taste was just ok, but the wait time was ridicules. Called them after 2 hours, they said it would be at my place in 20 minutes, called 45 minutes later again, they said 10. Once the food finally arrived it was cold. The person on the phone said I lived far away, I only live 5 miles away, if that’s too far to deliver to they shouldn’t include it in their delivery zone.

Bern here twice. Food is great. Their chicken vindaloo is one of the best I’ve had. The mango lassi is perfection. Service can be better. It takes forever to get a beverage and the wait staff can be pretty rude at times.

Extremely disappointed. We went there for family and friend buffet with parents and kids. Food was stale and old. Dessert/​dal bowls were not given despite repeated ask. After being seated, we were not even asked for water or drinks. Forget being asked if food was okay, but we were served just 4 pieces of Roti for party of 10+. Worse, restaurants policy is to charge for kids aging 5 or more. But management charged us for all kids below 5. Real shame and taboo for $ 20 buffet. Out you go from Westchester. Boo boo boo.

Really good chicken tikka and they treat me like a kind when I come in. Some of the best service I have gotten in NYC and that tops nobu. Really good selection of nam and it’s very good and fresh.

Good food for a good price. Though there claim to be places nearby that could charge less they cannot compare to the quality of the food here. I look foward to eating here again.

Holy moly! Ordered the chicken korma and daal makhani via Eat24, 10 minutes before closing. Wait. Lemme say that last bit again: TEN MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING. And yet, not only did they prepare the food and deliver it to my home in under an hour, but it was DELECTABLE! The garlic naan was seriously so on point I had to praise God for taste buds and olfactory nerves. The daal was not smooth, it was «smooove», there’s a difference. The korma was a 8.5÷9, would have been a 10 if the chicken was cooked 2 minutes more, hence the 4 stars. I can’t judge the ambience of the restaurant because everything was home-​delivered, but I will definitely order again.

Went for lunch, and wow… food was amazing. They had a buffet style setup, while not cheap the food was simply delicious. Well worth the premium. The naan bread was amazing and seasoned with garlic and some other spices.
Would get 5 stars if it wasn’t for the gentleman that was a bit confused on how to use his own payment system. Went to split the bill with a co-​worker and was told my card was declined. When I checked my account on my phone it said the payment went through and for higher amount than it was supposed to split. When I questioned this, he awkwardly stared at the receipt that printed, like a deer stuck in the headlights… few minutes of awkward silence, he insists the payment did not go through, that it was canceled. Ended up just paying in cash to avoid the argument. Took a call to my credit card and they fixed the issue, but otherwise that part was a bit odd. It might be wise to pay in cash if you go. We also got a meal as take-​out and they forgot to give us naan bread to go even though we specifically asked for it.

Neha Palace is my favorite place to go out to eat in Yonkers. It’s authentic delicious Indian food served by the kindest and most beautiful staff! Diya and Anthony make you feel like you are truly at home and make sure you enjoy your meal. The awesome Indian music is a place as well. I’ve even come late to the store near closing and they’ve opened the kitchen just to cook me a meal since I’ve become a familiar face. Going to the restaurant you can check out a free desert on this app.

I really liked this place. I enjoy all types of foods and indian is on my top list. The buffet foods are all delicious and full of flavors. Not to spicy either which is great. I like hoe they give you the naan aka flst bread and they also have s mango juice made with yogurt very very good.

The best chicken tikka Masala ever! The lamb tandoori was also very delicious — juicy and tender. The food took some time to come out but everything was so fresh, it was definitely worth the wait. A woman named Diya (not sure if she is the owner) also came around and explained the menu and gave us recommendations. She was so nice and gracious and the service was outstanding. We will definitely be back!

I recently had my baby shower in the venue inside the Neha Palace and it was just PERFECT. Diya and her staff were amazing, from the waiters, waitresses to the bartenders. I had 100 guests and there was not one complaint they all wanted Diya’s contact number to book events there as well. Anytime I needed to speak to Diya she was more then available, at the party they were on it I didn’t have to do anything. The venue is just BEAUTIFUL I would recommend the venue to anyone and I will have all my events here it was such an amazing and stress free experience. The cost was less then any other place i looked into and they had more services for that price!!! You cant go wrong with Diya and her staff they were on it from the moment I booked the event. THANK YOU GUYS for making my special day so stress free and PERFECT.
FYI the restaurant is also amazing service and the food is spectacular never ate Indian food and i LOVE it now.

Excellent very authentic Indian food. My wife and I traveled through India when we were dating-​we know what we’re talking about. Excellent service. Full bar and their cocktails are very decent.
We have been here multiple times for both the buffet lunch and for sitdown dinner and everything was always excellent. The waitstaff are also very kind.

I come here with my mother all the time for dinner. I just brought my grandma here for the first time and she loved it. Their food is delicious. They do a lunch /​brunch special which is always worth it. The portions are big. We take some home and it’s just as good the next day.

Everything was yummy. Service was fast and place was clean.
Try the bread basket, spinach lamb and stuffed potatoes.

What a disappointment! as I was really looking forward to tasting the food here. We ordered the samosas and chicken tikka, and also a chicken kebab dish to start. We had to cut our meal short as we found 2 hairs in our samosas, so we cancelled the rest of the food… The chicken kebab starter tasted chewy and seemed raw, maybe as if it were microwaved… When confronting the owner on what we had found, he was very apologetic and polite, but still charged us for our drinks and the samosas, despite the fact we found two hairs in the food. We didn’t get to try the main courses, just very upset that we were charged for anything due to our bad experience.

Bruhhhhhhhhhhh… This place I was so confused I didn’t know anything or what anything was… The food was ok at best — my husband had a margarita that costs 15 bucks!!! Are you fucking kidding me?! This place should be shut down for that shit … We felt judged as soon as we walked in and when we sat down we weren’t served for about 10 mins … The only thing that I can say I loved was the manager she came to the table to see if everything was okay and suggested some yogurt for the rices we had which was great she’s the reason for the 2 stars … But bro 15 bucks for a damn drink? And dessert? I wanted green tea ice cream right off the bat they didn’t have it … Umm ok than say that before we decide on it that’d be smart right? So we had like mango cream sickles which was ok but I can’t say I’ll be back

The food here is so authentic. We usually go to eat at this one Indian place but we decided to go here. So hlappy we came here. I loved the vibe and atmosphere of this place. I would come here again. Once we checked in we got desert which was a awesome treat. The spices and flavors of my lamb were so delicious.

My boyfriend ordered some food from here today and had it delivered to my home for me. The chicken noodles with peppers and onions thing he ordered, I took a couple bites then found a little over an inch-​long black curly hair in my noodles. This is the first time I ever ate from this place and I’m so disgusted and disappointed. Never again from here.
UPDATE: an hour later
So Neha Palace saw my review and assured me this is not who they are and they are extremely sorry and the owner came to my home to deliver complimentary food and a one free entrée coupon. The reason I gave one star was because of it being my first experience with this place and having found what I found. However the bites I did have were really good. And the fish amritsari was great too. Their response to my disappointment was sincere and very courteous. So my one star goes up to 3. Thank you for the apology and response.
