Nope, nope, nope. Requested a delivery on a Wednesday. I was told by Scott that Saturday they would come. We were running low, but I figured why not wait. I called again on Thursday to see if it can be delivered before the snow storm. SCOTTSAIDHEWOULDBEABLE to DELIVERITON Friday and that was great, since I was going out of town gave me a great deal of piece of mind. That was the last piece of mind I’d get. On the way to the airport on Friday, once again Scott assures me the oil would be delivered. I was glad to be going with piece of mind since our teenagers were home and we wanted them warm and safe. Needless to say when we landed, no charge on our credit card and the excuses started. On Saturday, we understood that the storm was bringing some snow. Considering that we had 1⁄8 of a tank left when we left, our trust was misplaced. On Monday, we got a call that the texhnicien wouldn’t deliver the oil as the snow was too deep. Poppycock, since we knew it was soft, but we got the safety excuse. So no oil. We had no choice but to wait for the sun to melt it as I was delayed in getting back. petroleum Kings and the self important Scott and indifferent Nick could have avoided all of the tension and fear of running out of oil if they had delivered the oil, a simple task, when they said they would. So on the phone again on Tuesday as we were delayed/cancelled until Tuesday. Again, we were assured it would be delivered and that I would clear any snow that the delivery guy couldn’t step over. Needless to say a number if calls later when we arrived and we were ignored until we got back and the oil ran out. Then they insisted we would have to pay an emergency fee to deliver 15 gallons for overnight heat, again when all thy had to do was deliver it that day when the snow had already melted showing the ground. We had no choice but to be blackmailed not knowing whether oil would be delivered the next day either. Needless to say, numerous calls and Teflon comments that they didn’t see the delays, off-putting and poor service the way we did. Finally, not speaking to the self-important Scott, I received a call that the delivery man couldn’t deliver the oil from the rear, despite their 73 year old technician delivering 3 five gallon water bottles filled with oil the previous night. Unbelievable! Truly a sickening experience. Running out of oil, being misdirected and lied to, blackmailed so they can extract another $ 115 not to mention our fear for our kids while I was 2,000 miles away and stranded with our daughters potentially having to leave the house. Stay far away considering that there were so many options with good people who would go out of their way to earn your business. Petroleum Kings, they are busy deflecting and assigning the blame on their clients knowing they can extract more money from clients in an emergency. Awful experience.
