Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits

This place fucking sucks ! Horrible service & a wait time of 11 minutes for spicy chicken. 3 people behind the counter & yet still terrible service. Definitely my first & last time going to that location!

I came into this location to purchase some fish for a group of young men who were helping me move some items. The place was very crowded dirty and noisy. I ordered and I noticed that the cashier turned around and took the fish to pack it. Some of the fish slipped and she picked it up with her hands and when I mentioned it, I said” hey please don’t touch the food your serving money”, she responded f– you, turned around and said,” get you your money back. I said don’t talk to me like that! Another patron said to the manager, are you going to let her talk to a customer like that. In Spanish she called me a Black b – , and said f — K her. I am fluent in Spanish and I understood everything that she said. of course I told the manager that I would be filing a complaint. I did call and I spoke to someone and gave the store name and the date time etc. They apologized and that is the last time that I heard anything. Her name was Elsa or something like that. She was bold enough and rude and kept telling me her name. She cursed me out so bad that her coworkers were trying to stop her. The manager was irresponsible and he had no level of control or authority. This was July 30 at 9p. m
The place on the outside was dirty with garbage. The garbage cans were full to capacity with garbage. Popeyes will NEVER get my money again!

It’s Popeyes… Boring chicken and good biscuits. It’s new according to my friend who lives in the area. They have jars of seasonings like they actually season chicken here. Pshhh. People sit inside waiting for the bus. Granted that’s the reason why I was here as well but at least I purchased something so I have a reason to take up tables…
