Runge Moving & Storage

They stole my stuff and have stopped responding to my emails!
I think they drank on the job because liquid was spilled on the carpet of the apt I moved out of.
They broke a tree limb when they drove away.
They hired a different company for the unload — those movers were much better and I wish I had used them from the beginning. Runge uses this as a reason to claim they aren’t responsible for my stuff. I stored my stuff with them for a month.
I can’t believe all the stuff that is missing. Multiple boxes!!! Some packed by me and some packed by them. I probably can’t remember all the stuff they took!!! It seems like every week I realize more stuff is missing.
Boxes were crushed and things were broken. I tipped well too, 60 bucks per mover (4 movers total).
I’m so upset my stuff is missing!!! Lots of things that are irreplaceable.

I was a little skeptical hiring a mover. After speaking to runge movers they made me feel comfortable with them, so I hired them. The move went a lot easier and quicker than I thought. thank you again. gary

THIEVES!!!
Everything went fine until they make you sign «disclaimers» in the middle of your move. They don’t tell you about the extra fees and to ensure that you don’t «pack any electronics or valuables» …which is apart of moving. I was quoted at $ 165 an hour and the movers only took 3 hours to move our things. Somehow I ended up paying $ 200 more in hidden fees. On top of that my TABLET and charger was STOLEN out of my bag that specifically asked not to be moved. When I called the Supervisor Bill he simply just sent me a picture of the disclosure agreement they make you sign via text. Highly unprofessional. And I wasn’t even offered an apology. My advice… find another company.
