Made an ultrasound appointment as I thought it would be easier and less expensive than going into the city(I live in Westchester). Spoke to 4 different people on 2 floors, turns out they won’t talk to you in ultrasound until you register on the first floor.(But no one actually tells you this.) Woman at the ultrasound desk in the green scrubs(no name) was sooo rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional, non-stop snapping her gum, just disgusting to have to listen to for 30 minutes while waiting for my appointment. How can people like that have jobs? Just no respect for themselves or their clients.

If I could I would give them negative stars. From the homeless people sleeping in the waiting room to the lazy ass doctor’s and emergency room staff. My girlfriend went in for a slip and fall, and heard her knee pop twice. There were 3 people in the er including us and it took almost 4 hours for an Xray while the staff talked amongst each other and Facebooked. Once I tore in people a new asshole they slowly motivated. Than here came in a woman who sadly expired; as they prepped her body for the medical examiner they made fun of how fat she was. REALLY? How professional are you? Long story short me and my friend knew she tore something in her knee and they tell her its a sprain. They gave her one pain pill and told her to follow up with their doctor’s when we both told them numerous times she had her own. O wait I forgot to mention the best part. Didn’t ask her for updated insurance, address or numbers. So someone would have received a lovely bill for one pill and crapy service. Great job st Joseph’s. Keep up the good work.
