TERRIBLE! My washer and dryer was in need of replacement so we figured Sears would be a good place to go. As soon as you walk into a department, you are attacked and hounded by a salesperson. They follow you and tell you what you should buy. We decided on a unit and had it all set up to be delivered on a Wednesday and installed that day. That never happened, after 3hrs on the phone, turns out the salesperson, Ingrad, sent the machine to the wrong destination? It was very unclear but we had to go back to the store to re order it. When we got there we saw other people just as frustrated at their lack of abilities. Turned out that we couldn’t get the machine for another week. We cancelled and are looking elsewhere. Pick it up, Sears.
