I visited this location on 2÷21÷2015, the guy behind the counter had a cold persona until i pointed out to him that he should tuck his dangling ear piece somewhere because it was getting too close to the sandwiches when he reached over for ingredients. He proceeded to became a little more talkative when i pointed this out but left the ear piece dangling and just held it back with one hand as he continued to make the sandwiches with one hand. I asked for Swiss cheese on my sandwich and he asked the other guy to grab some from the back as they had ran out of it in the front display. The other guy brings the package of Swiss in his bare hands(also, who knows where that package was laying in the back) and hands it over to the guy making the sandwiches. He opens the package, pulls out my slices of cheese and dumps the package of cheese on top of the displayed cheese. I will never visit this location again and I’m highly considering never giving subway my business ever again. I wish i could give them a negative start rating.

This franchise is very clean and *usually* customer friendly(which is a plus considering the dodgy location it’s in). I normally don’t have any complaints until now. Here’s what happened: I happened to be in the area when I decided to drop in pick up a 6″ veggie patty sub. It was about 10am and the sign on the window said the shop opens up @ 9… However, the doors were LOCKED! The guy @ the counter saw me trying to open the doors, but instead of unlocking them, he goes and hides in the back until he thinks I am gone… WTF? Not to mention, it was barely 20 degrees out and BAWLSCOLD!!! I just bounced. I would’ve normally given Subway about three stars(cos let’s face it, their sandwiches are just OK), but this location loses a star for hiring idiots.
