They are great– I am always impressed by what a great job they do! I brought in a sweater to be cleaned(and didn’t mention anything else) — they got all the little pills off, and even replaced a missing button! Their prices are also very reasonable. Brought a white jacket that had gotten a bit dingy, and it came back looking like it was new! I’ve used them many times for alterations as well, they work quickly and do a great job. A bit of advice about dresses though– I’ve had them take in a few for weddings, etc., and they tend to come back very fitted, so ask for a little wiggle room if you prefer that!

Awesome service. If you bring your clothes in, in the morning, they will have it ready for you by the afternoon with no up-charge for same day cleaning. Anything you point out to them ie. stains, loose buttons, etc. is taken care of the first time and they do their best to accommodate any needs you may have.

Suzzi One Stop is by far the best dry cleaners I’ve been to in this area! The new owner of Suzzi one stop is now the same owner as the dry cleaners in Tuckahoe, as mentioned by the other reviewer. The quality of their cleaning and alterations is phenomenal. I’ve gotten multiple dresses and pants altered and the tailor did it exactly the way I pictured in my mind. I really, really recommend Suzzi One Stop Dry Cleaners!

FINALLY A PLACETOBRINGYOURCLOTHESTHATWON’T TAKEYOUTOTHECLEANERS! Does you dry cleaner know you by name? What about making sure that none of your clothes ever comes back missing buttons? How about ensuring that your clothes is ready for the day that you need it(not based on when they tell you that they will have it ready)? For the last 13 years, Suzzi has developed the reputation in Yonkers for always offering service with a smile. She never says no and always delivers on her promises. I started coming to Suzzi on a regular basis back in 2000 while living in Yonkers. In 2005, I moved 7 miles up the road to White Plains, but I continued making my weekly dry cleaning drop-offs to Suzzi every Saturday morning. In 2007, I moved down to Tuckahoe and even though there was a dry cleaner down the hill right in the Depot Square by the Metro North, I STILL went to Suzzi. And now that I live in Fort Lee, NJ and I get my dry cleaning delivered from my current dry cleaner, there is not a week that goes by that I do not wonder if its feasible for me to bring my laundry across the bridge to Suzzi’s for cleaning. One of the things that should be an absolute must when looking for a dry cleaner is a location that does the cleaning on the premises. A lot of «cleaners» are just glorified warehouses that send your clothes to other places for them to clean, them they just mark it up and give it to you. Remember that place I mentioned earlier in the Depot Square in Tuckahoe? I found out that they send all of their laundry to Suzzi to launder for them. Need to get something back the same day? the only way that is possible is by going to place that can guarantee that it will get done. And the only way that anyone can make that guarantee is if they do it by themselves. An added bonus from going to Suzzi’s, as if her prices weren’t already the lowest she always goes one step further. She also marks down tickets that are printed by her. I can’t say if this is something that she only does for her regulars, but its always a nice gesture to see a businessperson that is not trying to gouge their customers. Even the prices for her repairs and tailoring are below the competition. She never charges to replace buttons and she repaired a zipper for me for $ 5.00! The guy at the Depot Square wanted to charge me $ 10.00 for the same repair… I’ll bet he was going to send it to Suzzi to do it for him and then mark it up like everything else. If I ever move back to Yonkers, I know that I’d go back to her cleaners in a second. Suzzi is the best in the area and I had a hard time finding a dry cleaner in Fort Lee that even comes close to her. I think Suzzi decided to call it «One Stop Cleaners» because this is the only place you’ll ever want to go ever again.
