If you are looking to switch to T-​Mobile STAY AWAY FROM THE ONE IN Ghetti Squarer! The people there ARE NOT interested in your needs rather their sales! I went in and the male behind the counter acted like I was bothering him by asking about their plans and phones. He tried to sell me some VERY expensive phone EVEN THOUGH I explained to him that I needed to buy 4 budget friendly phones and when I made it CLEAR that I would NOT buy the more expensive phone he got VERY RUDE! If you are looking to switch to T-​Mobile STAY AWAY FROM THE STORE IN GHETTI SQUARE!!! There is a T-​Mobile store in White Plains that offer PERFECT customer service and THEY understand what budget friendly means.

My mother was scammed by a sale rep at this location for his Christmas commission check. She switched from AT&T to T-​Mobil thinking that she was getting a better deal. The sale rep told her that she would get a free pair of headphones as gift for leaving AT&T. She declined the headphones but was forced to take since they were free. Two months later she noticed that she was being charged on her bill for $ 9.99/mth for a pair of free headphones. We didn’t realize that she was being charged until my mother requested a printed copy of her bill. T-​Mobil does not provided it unless you request one. I went to the store with her receipt and the unopened headphones. The manager would not take it back or exchange the headphones not even for the same model in a different color. I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy.
