The store provided wonderful customer service as we ordered furniture for our move. Unfortunately, they’ve been unable to accommodate warranty service and their parent company is almost completely unresponsive. I have a $ 4000 couch with a spring coming out of a cushion after 9 months, and I’ve spent another 9 trying to get it resolved. Stand by your products?!
