Watch out… plenty of bad attitude here…
Not willing to help when asked for: Locked elevator and she accused that I did use the card too much going up and down. Then she says you have to wait 2 minutes… then she says wait 5 minutes… Are you kidding? When i invited to clear to elevator, eventually she did it took her 2 seconds!!! Sorry to bother U-​haul… I’ll take my business elsewhere.
When you have such lousy workers is because of bad management. And you could also explain them that when someone says «Thank You» you should also acknowledged it instead of walking away with still such a bad attitude.
Even other customers there approached me saying how bad they are!
NOT RECOMMENDED!

This location is awful. It’s worth driving a little farther to deal with competent people. The manager had an attitude from the beginning. I rented a trailer to haul a motorcycle and specifically reserved one with a ramp. After driving almost two hours, I realized they gave me the wrong trailer with no ramp. I wasted my entire day. I bought the hitch, straps, and accessories necessary to transport the motorcycle, and despite me not being able to use them, they refused to give me a credit. They are rude and incompetent, especially the manager.
