So this was my first time having anything repaired here and based on my first experience it was far from great. I dropped off my HP laptop here on March 19th, it is now April 9th and I still have no laptop. When I called to check the status of my laptop I was told that they had sent them the wrong part and while they did apologize and I can understand mistakes happen I’m confused on as to WHY they felt like it wasn’t necessary to call me and update me on the situation. I called back about a week later and I was told that my laptop was ready to be picked up and when I get there, guess what it wasn’t even my laptop! All in all this place handles business very poorly and lacks good customer service. They don’t seem to value their customers in the slightest as they don’t even have the courtesy to call and update me on what’s going on. Save yourself the headache and take your money and electronics elsewhere
