Frank the Fence Guy

The fence looks great This is the guy to do your fence. The cost is more than fair. He orders the materials, so you know the cost up front. Simple and quick. Great Job!

I had called Frank to have him fix my fence posts which blew over with the winds. He did. However, About 1 month later my gardener noted to me that a pipe was broken where one of the new fence post was installed. I called Frank and he told me not a problem I will be out later this week. He then texted me and asked me if I had a gardener who could fix it and he would reimburse me. I checked with my gardener who said he would do it ASAP for $ 75. Frank said no problem. He told me to send him the receipt he would drop by the payment. I did just this. I asked him where the payment was. He apologized and said he would put in in the mail that day. Now over 22 days later and many voicemails and text messages later, FRANK HAS YET TO PAY ME OR RETURN A CALL OR TEXT MESSAGE.
DO NO USE FRANK! HE IS NOT RESPONSIVE WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH. I WAS EVEN CONCERNED THAT MAYBE HE WAS ILL… BUT I SEE HE IS STILL DOING JOBS!

Did a good job. Half the price of the closest quote. Made no markup on fence. Just charged labor. Replaced mine and my two neighbors fence in a day. Hauled away the old fence.

Great job on wood back fence! Called Frank on Friday after Santa Ana’s blew down back fence, he was here on Sunday and completed the 80 foot fencing in one day, cleaned up, hauled away and was gone by 3pm. Amazingly quick work and the best price around for sure. All the neighbors holding out on fixing their fences are now calling Frank because of his reasonable pricing.

Never finished the job after my wife paid him too early. Made a huge mess and never cleaned it up. He broke sections of my vinyl fence as he installed them and never replaced it as he said he would. At some point when we weren’t watching him he stopped using a level and now my fence is crooked to the naked eye. This guy wasted $ 3000 of materials that I now have to have a professional (cause Frank is not, this is his weekend business) to fix.
