I would like to disagree with the women who made the comments about the «rude female employee «I have to first say ahe has been nothing but nice to everyone I stay and chat while shop ahe knows everyone’s brands and has always been friendly. did you ever think maybe she was having a bad day we all have those now and then. and BEFORE I would suggest on Unilocal that anyone be fired I would pull them aside and talk to them. I dir one think ahe is an asset to that business ! I loved the other lady that left as well as the old owner Mike miss him. but this girl deserves more than a review like that we need to be kinder to others we don’t know their circumstances and need to think before we request termination if anyone else’s place of employment. I am sure many customers would agree with me had that see this ugly mean post !!

This shop has the best selection of hookah supplies, vape & glass products in the area! As well as great prices on cigarettes.
The 2 reviews that are preceding this on are completely inaccurate and extremely miss leading. As far as the customer service skills of the female employee, she has been there for many years, is by far the most knowledgeable about the products offered & always happy to answer questions, she is also not going to pester u while looking around either. When u walk in, she greets u, asks if u have and questions & depending on your response says ‘if you have any questions, just let me know”.
While, since the change of ownership the cases are locked now & it might be a little inconvenient to wait a second for the employee to help you, its understandable from an inventory control standpoint & most smoke shops lock their cases anyway.
In order to see just how amazing this shop is one must just come in & see for themself & not listen to the the people that were probably very rude to begin with.

This smoke shop carries a great variety of everything and has decent prices. The gentleman that’s usually there is always friendly and helpful. The reason I have one star is simply for the female employee who works Tuesday’s and Sunday’s. This woman has THE WORST customer service I’ve ever dealt with. She’s been rude every time we have in and makes you feel so uncomfortable as a customer, as if her job to help you is a waste of her time. She always keeps the cases locked and takes her sweet time unlocking and hovers over you while your deciding what you want to purchase. She never says thank you, have a nice day, nothing. She is so cold, rude and uninviting she should be fired. I will now be calling before I come so I don’t have to deal with her.

This place was pretty good when I first started coming. The guys there are nice. Everything is now locked up which is annoying but whatever. The prices are ok, they tend to be a couple bucks more for hookah items than anywhere else, I guess because their in Yorba Linda. The reason I dislike this place so much is the lady that works there on Sundays and Tuesdays. She is just plain rude. She makes it seem like such a hassle to help me every time I come in. She has zero customer service skills. She barely even talks. Just gives dirty looks. Even if your making small talk with her, she won’t respond. If it wasn’t for her, id recommend the place. Hopefully they fire her because she is ruining that place.
