Awesome, this guys are the best. I had some arrangements made yesterday for my wife & mother.
You should have seen the look in their eyes. My mom teared up. I recommend this place to everyone. This is my new flower place. Never have I ever gotten such a response from flowers before. Thanks Robert B.

This review is for the Yorba Linda Flowers located on Yorba Linda Blvd. Ordered an arrangement online that showed (15) cream-​colored roses in the picture and bought the most expensive option available. The delivered arrangement only had (5) cream colored roses. Not at all what I expected and a total misrepresentation between the online picture and what was delivered. I got ripped-​off on an arrangement delivered to my mother for her 82^nd Birthday. You suck Yorba Linda Flowers. I will never use you again !!!

This is absolutely the most unprofessional florist I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with! Sending flowers has always been one of my favorite things to do. Who doesn’t love opening their door to a beautiful arrangement? The owner or manager not sure which??? His name is Rob was a complete jerk! I ordered my arrangement online pay for it to the tune of $ 92.00, which is not cheap but more then happy to spend the money. First I received a call stating they could not deliver the arrangement I had purchased because they did not have the necessary flowers need… Ok we worked through that, 2 hours later I received a call that they did not have all the materials needed and the arrangement would need to be delivered the following day. I communicated this was not acceptable to have placed a order at 9:36am and be told at 2:17, that my delivery would not be made. I asked for a refund and to please cancel the order all together, This all took place on June 19, 2014. Today is June 27, 2014 and to date I still do not have a refund on, y a nasty voicemail from Rob asking me to please NOT call and waste anymore of his employees time asking about my refund only to speak with him. THE POWER OF THE INTERNET AND REAL TIME FEEDBACK IS AMAZING, THIS MAN IS A CROOK. HE TOOK MY MONEY AND FAILED TO PROVIDE THE AGREED UPON SERVICE AND HE HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT RUDE TO BOOT. SENDING FLOWERS SHOULD BE A JOYOUS OCCASION I AM BEGGING YOU PLEASE CHOOSE A DIFFERENT FLORIST!!!

In my profession we need to rely on a florist regularly. We have Grand Openings almost every weekend. They’re not always in a nearby area either; we range from LA to Palm Desert, from San Diego to Simi Valley… you get the idea. It’s easy to have 1 point if contact regardless of where the arrangement is being delivered. One of the higher ups in my company went on a vacation to the East Coast and we had no trouble using our neighborhood guy at Yorba Linda Flowers. They care about meeting your expectation. We’ve sent pictures & web links of what we want delivered and they consistently hit the mark. Our clients are satisfied and amazed with the work done at this shop. Im a proud continuing customer.

O.K., sparing the details I got into a little hot water with my girlfriend regarding my lack of attentiveness so I needed to get back on her good side. She left me in a huff in the middle of breakfast and I noticed this flower shop across the street, so I popped in for an emergency bouquet. The guy at the store knew exactly what I needed and explained everything about the quality of roses and arrangement that would put me back in good graces. I am so thankful I didn’t go to Costco and pick a bunch out of the bucket (she admitted later she would have killed me if I had done that). I had the flowers delivered for only $ 7.50 so she had ample time to cool down and get all dreamy over the flowers. I have to admit even I thought they were incredible and I am not a flower guy. They put a rush on the order and I was able to return home to a happy woman and catch the ball game that night. All I can say is if you are a guy and have some romantic repairing to do this is the place to go.

I hope I’m writing a review for the correct flower shop. The shop I will be referring to is the Yorba Linda Flowers in the same center as a baskin robbins and thai food place.
This place sucks. Bad quality flowers, over charge, awful taste in bouquet arrangements. awful, awful, awful. Trust me, you’ll thank me if you go somewhere else. There’s nothing worse than giving your mom a bouquet of ugly ass roses and having her say «aw! they’re beautiful!» out of pitty and obligation. She later told me the truth. Too bad I was in too much of a time crunch to go anywhere else.
Ugh, you SUCK Yorba Linda Flowers. That was the biggest waste of $ 50 for 6 stems of ugly brown roses.
