Yorba Linda Massage

Horrible customer service. Last massge here the masseuse was talking on the phone while giving me a massage switched with the different masseuse about half way Within my massage. Started to proceeded over my legs again… my first 10 mins of the massage.
My recommendation if you don’t want a relaxing massage, come here for real.

I don’t know the name of the lady I got. I forgot to ask.
I came in because I had a migraine all day and my neck was super stiff!
Another place had a long wait so I googled and went to Yorba Linda Massage because it was around the corner.
I got a 60 min massage for $ 60. First she wanted me to pay in the beginning and I agreed but when she asked how much I wanted to tip I said I’m not sure because I haven’t had the service yet. She agreed I could pay after. The massage was ok and the lady (didn’t get her name) was nice. I prefer not to be talked to during the massage but I didn’t want to be rude and tell her to stop, because she was nice.
The massage ends and we go up to pay and she asks how much I want to add to the tip and I said $ 12 (20%) and she repeated it back and I said yes. I then get a receipt to sign for $ 80. I was nice and said oh you accidentally put $ 8 more. Can you either cancel the charge or give me back $ 8 in cash. She said she didn’t know how to cancel the charge and kind of looks at my to see if I’m just going to say ok. I just stared at her so she went and got someone else. Before she walks out the door to get the other person she looks back and says «Did I not do a good job? You can’t give me 20? Usually people tip $ 15 or $ 20»
Are you kidding!??
At this point I’m mad and just asked for the other lady who comes up and I explain and shes says no problem and sends the lady to go get $ 8 cash. She comes back and says I only have $ 5.
So I gave her a blank stare and the other lady comes back again and she brings $ 3 out of their safe.
Hoooorrible customer service!!! Who says that?! I came in to relax and left pissed! Apparently a 20% tip, usually great, is not acceptable for a massage that was good not great.
I will not be coming back nor will the people who read my Facebook rant.

I have been there 3 times last 2 weeks for body massage from Jenny. She is nice girl and did a great job for me. Before I also had been other stores for body massage in Yorba Linda. But this store, Yorba Linda Massage is the best one what I have been feeling until now.

My wife and I have been going here for at least 8 years. Jenny and her team always take great care of us. Everything is always clean and neat. Rooms are well lit and the tables are comfortable. not like the folding ones a lot of places use. These are actually sturdy table that were purpose built. (That’s the wood worker coming out of me) If you want a strong deep tissue then ask for Jenny herself. Best I have ever had.

Been here twice in the last week for a deep tissue from Jenny. She was awesome. I sit at the computer for 8 plus hours a day for work. I had knots from my neck to lower back. Feel 100% again. This place is very clean. Totally legitimate place. Easy parking in the same building as enterprise rental and across from epic noodle.
