Very nice beach. Sand is so smooth and clean. The water is crystal clear… no seaweed coming in. The water is really far out during low tide… seems like you can walk on flat sand forever. When the tide comes in, it comes up and over the rocks… so, watch the tide schedule and place your chairs accordingly.

Clean, easy access to restaurants and shops. easy parking as long as you are there by 10 am. bring quarters, its metered! A little rocky, but really a nice spot.

We got here around 9:30 in the morning and found great parking and a perfect spot to set up shop for the day. My 5 year old and I loved the rocks and found so many snails and cool shells. We went into the arcade for a minute to get quarters for our meter, but otherwise didn’t venture in. It looked like your standard beach arcade. Didn’t go into the shops but they looked nice. The water was freezing but my kids and hubby didn’t mind. I’m a wuss so I sat on the sand while they splashed around.
