They are one of many monkey see monkey do places that copy what the others do: make food in slow motion and demand a name to get it. What the hell is wrong with the number on the receipt??? They must have had a bad day the last time we were there. One micro cup of horsey sauce left in the pump, a pile of wet napkins under the pumps and every napkin in the holder was wet. Nice attention to what is going on!

It took multiple tries and multiple sandwiches throwing in the trash before they could make me one with light mayonnaise on it. The sandwich was not bad when they finally made it right but it definitely does not have anywhere near the amount of bacon on it that they show an advertisement and pictures.

We don’t stop at fast food restaurants often, but decided to give the new Arby’s in Leader Heights a try. It was a breath of fresh air to find it clean; and friendly staff at the counter. Let’s hope it stays this way! The only disappointment? Arby’s pulled the Hawaiian Bread off their menu. We were told it will be seasonal. Let’s hope they bring it back as a permanent option on their menu!

Ate here on the way up to Lancaster County, PA. Hadn’t been in an Arby’s in ages. This location is literally right off I-83 — very convenient for a quick stop. I didn’t get much(just the $ 1.29 packet of sliced apples). My friend got the roast beef sandwich with curly fries & a soda. I noticed ads hanging from the ceiling that said Arby’s now«makes» their own potato chips. The service was OK. The restaurant was very clean & there was a little old lady with white hair cleaning the tables even though barely anyone was in there. There was a bell near one of the exit doors that you could ring if you felt you got good service. I didn’t use the restroom, but my friend did & since he didn’t report anything out of the ordinary, I guess it was OK. The receipts we got listed an 800 # to call & get a code to get a free Snack ‘N Save item. Pretty cool!
