Beware. Shirt arrived on time and exactly as I ordered it. or so I thought. The customization was right but… I ordered a Womans XXL and what I received was nowhere close. It barely fits my younger daughter who regularly takes a Misses Large. This shirt is undersized by at LEAST 2 – 3 sizes. Very disappointed as was my daughter who was looking forward to a nice shirt for the tournaments she enters.

I placed an order for 7 shirts intending to send a few back as I wasn’t sure of the sizing. I saw on the website «No Hassle Returns, Plus Exchanges», so read no further. This was a BIG MiSTAKE! I had to send 4 shirts back, and found that they have a 20% restocking fee! So on top of the $ 9 to ship them back I had to pay an additional $ 32! I then found most of the same shirts much cheaper on amazon! I contacted them but they wouldn’t budge on the fee. They have some cool shirts and frankly I was planning on ordering another 3X shirt for my son, as he’s hard to shop for, but not now. They’ve lost a potential return customer I’m afraid.

I highly recommend Bowling Concepts! My nonprofit organizes many bowing fundraisers, and we use custom bowling shirts to reward top fundraisers. Susan has been very speedy with our sometimes last minute orders. Our custom logo looks great and the quality is fantastic. The shirts have been a big hit. We will continue to do business with them and you should too!

awesome selections for shirts that my are style. I ordered 1 for myself and a set for me and my bowling team. We had them personalized and I must say we look pretty damn cool. Shirts are great quality and should last a while. I highly recommend this site for ordering team shirts or just for yourself if you like wearing bowling shirts.

I placed an order for a bowling shirt to give to my boyfriend. I was planning a surprise bowling party for him on Fri, Jan 6^th. I placed the order for the shirt on Dec 19^th. In the comments section, I let Bowling Concepts know that I would need to have the shirt by Fri, Jan 6^th as it was for a surprise party.
I requested a small monogram with just his initials and last name for the front of the shirt. By that Tues, Jan 3^rd, Bowling Concepts still had not made or shipped my shirt (which I confirmed that morning on Jan 3^rd). The woman on the phone told me they would be making it that day but it would not get there in time for the Friday party unless I upgraded the shipping. Because I was so desperate to receive the shirt in for my boyfriend’s surprise party, I upgraded the shipping which cost me an additional $ 29.95. It took them approximately 15 minutes to make a shirt that I had placed an order for three weeks before I needed it. They waited till the last possible second and caused me to upgrade my shipping and pay an extra $ 30 dollars. Nor were they the least bit apologetic about it. I will never use this company again. I would give them zero stars if I could.
