Went in on a Friday evening after work. Not a lot of people in the location. Took a while to get our food after ordering. Management of was walking around but did not ask us our take on evenings there, the«Captain» was busy with the tv remote then talking with the manager on duty. Waitress took our check, with our payment by card and proceeded to wait on another table and get their Order before check-in us out. And it’s getting to be normal they don’t leave you a copy of bill so you can let higher management know either way how they did. This location is either on their game and amazing or they suck no happy middle. If I am leaving wild wings I’m traveling a bit to go to a better location

Was here on a Friday night about 5:30. Place was not that busy. In my opinion it took to long for the waiter to come over and greet us. After we decided what we wanted to order and our order was taken it took 30 minutes for our food to get to the table, while other people that came in after us were getting their appetizers before we even got ours. It only takes 12 – 15 minutes to fry chicken wings. We complained about the time it took to get our food and they only gave us 10% off. I know I will not be eating at this Bdubs again.

I am a regular here. I come about three days a week. I am treated very well by the staff. The service and food are always great.

Excellent service from Lacey! I love coming to Buffalo Wild Wings and have been to several locations. Always satisfied with the amazing sauces and ice cold beers. I don’t write reviews for all of them but our server, Lacey, went above and beyond, making our experience even better than the usual. Great positive attitude and was a great help with local advise as I am not familiar with the York area. If you’ve never been to a Wild Wings, the mango habanero wings are awesome, and HOT!

Great service, great beer, and food cooked to perfection. Nice seating and TV and it’s never been too busy or loud like most sports bars I’ve been to eat. My new favorite place! Great job all around for front of house, bar, and kitchen staff!

Well there are a lot of big tv’s and the wings are good. I prefer the mango habanero and lemon pepper. is expensive as are the wings unless you go for Monday or Tuesday night specials. The boneless wings are a joke, smaller than McNuggets and not any better. The real issue is bar service is miss or hit, not hit or miss anyway it’s a good location to chill and watch or play a game if your not low on dough

Most, but not all, the people looked like they work there because they couldn’t get hired anywhere else. Our waitress smelled awful, but she was nice so we still tipped. We saw what looked to be a homeless man. Very hairy, unkept man(long Uncombed hair, long unkept beard, clothes looked soiled) enter the building(no big deal, a mans gotta eat) but then he entered the kitchen, he was what I am assuming a cook.(I should have walked out at that point). We waited what I thought was too long for our appetizer. Not long after the appetizer we got our food. If there was an «off-brand» version of BWW, this would be it. There was also a table right next to us that wasn’t cleaned off from the last people the entire time we were there. Also, their were around 5 workers that got their food before us. And it wasn’t they went back there and made it themselves. Worst yet my boyfriend got sick from the food, I thought it was just because his food was spicy till it hit me later. It’s been over a day and we are both still sick. Lesson learned. It’s worth driving to the one across town! I love that one!

A lot of good comments. We enjoyed the variety of wings. Salt and vinegar was really tasty. The kids liked it too. We will definitely go back again. Prices were reasonable. Now there are two in York we can visit on either side of town.

love the food, beer, and so glad it’s finally on the west side. My kids love this restaurant. The staff is friendly and we always love sampling the new sauces and mom loves sampling the beer of the month!

Oh how happy I was when Bdub’s came to my hometown of York. I first fell in love with Bdub’s during my college years in Ohio over 10 years ago. After I moved out of Ohio, my husband and I would rejoice when we would find a Bdub’s in random places on our many travels throughout the US. But that was years ago. Now, Buffalo Wild Wings is everywhere. And with their expansion, they have slowly started to lose some of their Ohio charm. Pros of the West York Bdub’s: great location on US30 in a brand new building with tons of parking, the food is consistently delicious(I only get Blue Moon beer, fried pickles, and 6 Asian Zing wings with a side of Desert Heat seasoning, carrots & celery, and blue cheese. Every single time, this is my go-to meal here. If it ain’t broke, ya know?), and the bathrooms are always clean. Cons of the West York Bdub’s: the bartenders. Don’t get me wrong, they are by no means terrible. It’s just that they tend to be a little inattentive. As someone who only sits at the bar when I eat Bdub’s, and this place has never been busy when I eat there, it would be nice to get slightly better service from the bartenders.

Now I’m more of a classy guy and prefer a fancy dine in experience, but why not change it up? The New West York Buffalo Wild Wings is a place to visit. Even if you aren’t a sports fan and aren’t particular to wings and a beer the place is a great lunch location. Come watch a Sports game for an even more unique experience! On occasion I visit here to enjoy my all traditional, all flat, medium wings. For a small lunch and a bit of energy try their snack size. 5 wings ordered your way all drums, all flats, or both. Minus the managerial experience from the swapped out GM’s in the area the atmosphere is all right. Average I would say. If there were a GM that could put together a slightly more efficient team and add a bit of flare this BDubs location would be a near five star location. Here’s to hoping, and enjoy your dining experience!

Same good bar food; had the boneless wings for the first time-they were quite good. Beer selection needs work. Even with the quantity of beers available, this craft/IPA drinker had a hard time… Bartender and hosts were super friendly! Nice place to watch some college football.

A little less artificial friendliness on the part of the young staff and a lot more professionalism would be in order. We’d like to keep coming because we really like the food, but not sure how much more of the incompetence we can take. Three stars but only for the food. If the staff gets their act together we’ll be regulars, but the verdict is still out.

As usual the food is enjoyable and reasonably priced with the expected atmosphere… The problem was being seated for 10 minutes before seeing hide nor hair of a waitress until I approached the host on if we had one! She was a decent waitress, but would sooner drive to the east side for a much better dining experience… A definite downer was seeing a food preparer with gloves on playing on his phone repeatedly as the kitchen door swung open and closed.

Great place to catch a game and get some grub. They have a small bar with big TV’s with sports galore. Food service is fast and friendly. Food is chain quality. I am happy to have a sports theme restobar so close to the west end.
