Dunkin’ Donuts

I had a hankering for a latte this afternoon, and decided to stop at Dunkin since I didn’t want a coffee beverage from Starbucks which is typically very strong & bitter. I ordered a low fat mocha latte. Mistake. Oy, firstly the «espresso» didn’t exist. There was no hint of mocha. The best element of the drink was the froth. Moreover. it was a watered down coffee with milky froth.

Look at all of the bad reviews on this place and it is obviously clear… GO ELSEWHERE.

Slow drive-​thru, screwed up my order, then the biscuit in my breakfast sandwich was undercooked (doughy inside) and kind of icky.
NOPE.

I’m still a snob for fresh off the line Krispy Kreme. However in a pinch swinging into this location on our way out of town provided a good horrible breakfast. We elected to take the drive through in order to continue on our journey. The order of of 8 glazed and 4 cream filled took 7 minutes in the drive through. A little off pudding, which is why the review is for 3 stars and not higher. At least the order was correct and the doughnuts were tasty.

Do yourself a favor and visit the other Dunkin Donuts in the area. The bad review and single star here is not for Dunkin Donuts’ products, but for this particular shop.
I have gone here twice and while the other Dunkin Donuts appears to be family owned, this one employs your basic teenage boneheads. The service has been absolutely appalling both times.
One time there was no coffee made (it’s a coffee place!) and the one worker on break was upset she had to make the coffee. The coffee was then served to me in a paper cup (out of styrofoam and those heat huggers) and I proceeded to burn my hands the entire time I drank my coffee. They were also out of sugar.
The second time I thought I’d just run in and get a donut. They were out of almost all donuts (it’s also a donut place!). I swore then that I would never return and would drive to the other Dunkin Donuts even if I am farther away when I get a craving.
‘Nuff said.
