They deserve no stars. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. The man behind the desk is extremely rude. Every time I took my dog there he would be cut. When I approached them about it they denied doing it!!! The shape of the cut was not always what I asked for. I heard him talking bad about me as I was walking out the door. How they are still in business is beyond me.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!!
The groomer, Crystal, was rude and unbelievable!!! After leaving my dog there for 5hrs, he was TORTURED! His neck was bleeding! She tried to say it was from clippers getting to close to his skin and he tried to bite her… it’s called a muzzle. But, I noticed it was around his entire neck region. He was soooo scared of her. She butchered him! The bleeding around his neck was rope burn, and his eyes were bloodshot! I found out when I came home he had jumped off the grooming table with a rope around his neck. How long was he hanging there to get rope burns, that we’re bleeding, and bloodshot eyes??? I feel so sorry that I took him there. NEVER AGAIN!

My mother has been taking her dog here for quite some time and she is handicapped so they were always willing to come to her car to pick up katie. This past week she needed to change her appointment and not only did they speak to her in a belligerent tone of voice but they indicated that they could no longer come to the car to pick up her dog. Nice customer service. Needless to say she will be going elsewhere.
